Shipping and Delivery

As of right now we offer a discounted flat shipping fee but this varies with the size and number of pieces ordered, if it small enough to go as letter mail. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

LOCAL PICK UP:

Your order will be fulfilled in the order it is received and you will receive an email when it is ready for pick up. Pick up times are between 8:00AM-6:00PM

DELIVERY:

Your order will be fulfilled in the order it is received and you will receive an email when it is ready for delivery. There is a small delivery fee for fuel. If your order is over $50 dollars it is eligible for free delivery.

CANADA:

Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours. If it is a ready to wear item or a new collection item it will be fulfilled within this time frame. If it is a custom item this will take 7 days to process and then will be mailed out afterwards Your order could take anywhere between 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:

Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours. If it is a ready to wear item or a new collection item it will be fulfilled within this time frame. If it is a custom item this will take 7 days to process and then will be mailed out afterwards. Your order could take anywhere between 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive.

UK AND EUROPE:

Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours. If it is a ready to wear item or a new collection item it will be fulfilled within this time frame. If it is a custom item this will take 7 days to process and then will be mailed out afterwards. Your order could take anywhere between 6-12 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive.I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds on purchases, due to the nature of the product. If for some reason your items arrive broken or break within a 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement, if the materials are not available you will be offered a store credit. If your item breaks due to user error you will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Please contact us at colourfulcourts@gmail.com, if your claim is approved, we will provide a store credit or send out a replacement within 10-15 business days. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
